I assume all this talk about lower Toshiba settlement is conjecture...or did I miss something??

What exactly is patented? Is it the entire concept of "Open-ness". It would seem that is not patntable. Is it the iron yoke? Is it the 4-poster? what? If it is the 4-poster then I would guess that it doesn't matter what field strength it is, you can't do it. If it is the iron yoke, then Toshiba can do all the ceramic super-con 4-posters it wants.
