Monu, You are a bit behind the times. Look at the 5xxx series of machines and the EP and EN business desktops. If color is what bothers you, they are all now the color of putty. On a more serious note, the new consumer models are getting rave reviews in every PC rag I have recently read (just about all of them, while having coffee at the local Barnes and Noble). Also, where Dell usually won the price/performance ratings in these rags, that is no longer the case. Have also been seeing more and more comments about Dell service deteriorating, with long delay times. John
