I have to agree that a move to the internet would be wise, but I must admit that I speak for selfish reasons. When I see what happens to stock when they add a .com to their names, I'd like a little of that action for my account. Regardless, for the type of information being disseminated, the internet definitely has the greater convenience edge. I actually would find it difficult to believe that our company is not already investigating this direction.

Lately people on this thread keep emphasizing the Internet as the direction that TSIS needs to go. The Internet is what the rest of the world is flocking to. If TSIS directed their business to the Internet, they would probably have half of Silicon Valley to compete with. Currently they only have one competitor providing a similar service. They have found a niche in the IVR business and they are exploiting it. Besides, while all of us are enjoying the Internet, a good portion of the population have still never used it. Practically all the population have used the telephone and will continue to do so for the forseeable future. We should be thankful that our little company is signing all these contracts. We should be well rewarded in time.

O.K. Thomas

I think we should just do away with all the phone companies , everyone
could communicate via the internet (Right).

Markets define what businesses need. Just because TSIS may be (or is) late to the market, doesn't mean they will miss out. They may win big.
MSFT didn't have the 1st or best OS....just the best marketing deal.
Sony had the betamax first (and it was great...and cost effective), but got killed by VHS.
History shows that if your core business is solid, and you shift markets carefully, then you will win big. TSIS HAS to solidify their core business FIRST. The web can wait....
