No guesswork needed, Luka -- today is the first date when folks could sell off without losing either the split proceeds or their share in the liquidating trust. It was a predictable selloff and decline in price, given that fact, but it will be interesting to see what happens the next few days. If there is a decent prospect of a deal coming into the shell, and the further prospect of a coerced short-covering on the part of the brokers for any unathorized shares that may have been sold, MIDL and MIDLP could be bargains at these prices. Doesn't mean they are, but there is a visible set of dominoes that is going to fall one way, or the other. Oscar
