The only winner from a price war is the consumer. Keep that in mind. Coke can try to grab all the market share it wants, but with recession stalking its biggest growth markets(Brazil, Argentina, China& rest of East Asia), and with growth in the U.S. market approaching zero, there's little that it can do to increase sales and, more importantly, profits. It might gain a few points here and there in market-share, but won't generate enough earnings to keep up with the ever-optimistic Wall-Street analysts, whose eps forecasts always increase in proportion with the stock price.
