The reason that Fidelity hasn't delivered YOUR shares is probably because they are in MY broker's vault!! LOL

You are correct about having to include Q2 financials. Assuming the BB rules are similar to regular NASDAQ rules in that respect, the SEC only allows financials that are no more than 90 days old (termed as stale stub period). I would expect to see the Q2 financials.
