This statement applies to each and every biotech company (which small biotech stock wouldn't rise significantly after positive trials or FDA decisions????). And it doesn't help in analyzing Paramount's strategy and management capabilities. I think we can only try to make a judgement based on their past performance and this seems to be mediocre at best.

Generally, however, I agree with you that biotech is the most difficult industry to invest. Even the pros think about it this way, and that's why biotech has gone out of fashion these days. Not enough return for the risk you take.

CYPB, of course, may be one of the few exceptions, at least that's what we here are hoping.
