Yikes, this thread is becoming like some of the other threads that seem to attack people for stating their opinion...especially when that opinion goes against theirs.

What did people do before such a forum was available for them to use? We of course, talked person to person and read and so on...things have really not changed, you believe or disbelieve what you want...simple as that.

So...if you are a disbeliever or a believer, it does not matter in the long run, only the actual facts will count in the end (this is not rocket science)!

The news will come when it comes and unless you are intimately involved within the company and know that hanky panky is happening, then you should (anyone out there) not make accusations against anyone who wishes to express their opinion.

Also, people should not put anyone on a pedestal or put them down without sound knowledge...should they?

Anyway, the information, all information on the web should be taken as hearsay...we all know that.

Frank, if it is not clear...like you need it, this is in your defense, not against you.

Gerry

<<If I were Ashton and felt that the samples were promising, I would send them out ASAP>>

Remember that we are talking about 450 TONNES. How would you send them out. Truck? Ten truckloads from northern Alberta to where? Yellowknife? Somewhere else where there is a DMS plant? Those plants are real scalpers: they charge a mittfull for this kind of thing, hence it is easy for Ashton et al, to justify building their own plant. Trucking, under appropriate security, would also be prohibitively expensive. Trips with a herc, while more secure, would be much more expensive.
I understand that Ashton has been aggressively looking for a deal that would allow them to get this work done. But there has been none so far. I also understand that they have stopped looking.
Its just not worth the extra cost.
