Keiko: Right, except as all relatively small cap guys on the acquisition trail,-- they(ITXX) have to watch the accretive/dilutive balance. One assumes that today was an accretive hit as guaged by the market reaction. However- so few details have been given in the announcement that we should be demanding more details than we got in order to keep a heads up profile. Tom D.

What kind of numbers are you looking for in rev s and stock ? i hear 40 mil in a couple of years and a 6 to 8 when news begins to travel . I hope i don t throw a MONKEYWRENCH at those numbers and the stock.
