Ga Bard,

by your calculations have all the preferred shares
been redeemed for common shares? Is this why
the shares jumped from 10mil to 19mil in the
last 3 or 4 months? What about the preferred
shares owned by the pres. that when redeemed
will make give him enough shares to make him
a 51% owner of common.
