Bodie, I believe that a transfer agent for a non-reporting company does not have to give out any information. But there are some that are willing to do so. I have found that if you are able to receive information from the TA, you can usually get the total number of outstanding shares and the number of restricted shares. I have been able to get this information from GLOW's TA. And their information matches what the company has said. I think it was a couple of weeks ago when I last called. Cheryl
