Maybe your answer lies in chatting with, Nicholas Powell, Midland Walwyn,New York. His company is involved with the financing and I'm sure he could speak for the credibility of the company. He was just appointed as a director.

pipick, If you are telling the truth regarding your call to Oppenheimer, how about giving us more details than just - Oh yeah, I called the guy too and yadda yadda yadda I agree with you tz. What a bunch of manure! Seems to me anyone can say what they want and pretend it to be the gospel truth on this thread. That goes for everyone. But especially those that come in with aliases rather than their real name. Ok, so TVL has delayed shipment or whatever. Who has spoken to the president of TVL to confirm whether there is a real necessity for delay or not based on packaging issues? Until someone can say without a doubt and with proof in hand that there isn't a real, justifiable and honest reason for delay, I would ask you to shut up and keep your conspiracy theories to yourself as they offer no true value to anyone on this thread. Regarding the continued assault of one disturbed hombre selling down the stock, if you tz, annie, pipick, allen and the rest of your pack know anything provable about who is selling and why, well why don't you come out and say so using your real name and your telephone number (I'll give you a call) so that I or anyone else can put to rest your sincerity. Until then, everything your pack has been spewing over the last few weeks is just rubbish. Please keep it with you. Sick and tired of the CRAP on this thread. FACTS PEOPLE, WE NEED FACTS.
