Let me ask you this first: did you actually read the filings?

In response to your question, I'll say this, but please, all of you, bear in mind that this is my OPINION ONLY:

I see a pattern here. Dror and his brother take over failing companies by offering them money that'll serve--at least--as operating expenses for awhile. Of course they get their controlling interest in the company in question very very cheap, as the SEC filings indicate. When the "new company" fails, well, then what? We seem to move on to the next. Leftover stock gets sold to the newbies... Roll it over, roll on...

A disclaimer once more: just my reading of the docs. Anyone else got an opinion? You, Gerard? Didja read the filings?

And certainly Daniel Dror isn't a "crook". The SEC stuff specifies that no one involved in these transactions has ever been jailed.
