To add to that PistolPete . . . Earnings released by any public company within 30 days of the quarter's close should be considered "very timely". For that to happen to an OTC BB stock should be considered "a supernatural occurrence". :)

I am not sure exactly what the status is as far as TGSK becoming a fully reporting company, but the SEC rules allow 45 days following quarter close to report financials (That would be Aug. 15th)....most big board companies (especially the tech stocks) report early, but that doesn't necessarily mean that the complete financials have been completed....remember, the SEC doesn't require interim financials to be audited - only year-end. I would not expect to see financials from TGSK for at least a week or two, but when they do show up, watch out....to the moon, Alice!
