I would assume they fall into the state of digital prior to the merger as digital's books get closed, but probably an accountant could give a better answer.

The entire quarter's earnings appear on DEC's books. But, under the rules of purchase accounting CPQ can only bring onto its consolidated income statement that portion of DEC's earnings that were generated subsequent to the merger.
