You could right about earnings season affecting the infrastructure.
Too much traffic for too few portals. You can blame Cisco for this.
They were way behind the curve in getting high speed data equipment
developed to handle the ever expanding universe of internet users.
Wonder if adsl is the way to go or are the central offices still
going to have problems not matter what equipment the users have?
Bellsouth offering adsl to S. Fla this winter.
