Im with you Brees,Im sick and tired of reading about ,TA,dividends, splits ect,ect... .I believe its time to focus on what is coming into this shell. Also what ever happened to Spriggs and DF 144,is he going to just walk away from this disaster and leave us holding the shit bag.I for one did not invest in this shell structure,I invested in df 144,even with a good product or "unfair advantadge" it is truly a bitch to beat these MM.Does anyone have the number for Wayne Duke, bout time he starts answering some questions around here same goes for Mark P.

>>What and when will something come into this shell now? I asked some how questions yesterday but got a null response<<

Looks like some of the natives are getting restless.

There isn't a whole lot that can be talked about on this issue. Everybody is in agreement that something good/excellent needs to come into the shell. As far as when that can only be speculated.

I think we are at a mininum two month's away from something coming into the shell ready for shareholder approval, and I doubt that Midland will issue a PR until it is a done deal. (I could be wrong. Perhaps once an agreement is signed pending completion of #2 below a PR will be issued)

1. MIDL needs to get up to date/current on all SEC filings (10-k/10-q's) and probably another 8-k about the liquidating trust. This must be finished before the private company will sign an agreement (IMO) and we've only got 1 person (Mark Pierce) working on it. This doesn't prevent any talks/negotiations from going on.

2. After signing it will take time for the to be aquired company to provide documentation (audited financials, proof of ownership of any patents, etc.). Don't want to repeat the problems with Arcon. If the to be aquired company doesn't provide the documentation with say 1 month, move on.

3. Press Release announcing merger. Additional appropriate SEC filings (8-k, proxy statement sent to MIDL shareholders for a shareholders meeting). Shareholder approval.

Would be nice to have something done sooner than 2 months, but it isn't about how long it will take (unless one is short term orientated) it's that it is done and most important done right.
