Think the move today had anything to do with the article posted by Jim Privat?? It came out about the right time. For what it is suppose to do, they don't like MS CE in Europe....M

True. There are cases such as AOL, Yahoo, and Intuit.

MSFT happens to be a hot button of mine. This should move onto another thread.

As a matter of fact, I actually share some of your concerns about getting the DOJ, or government in general involved when market dynamics tends to do the right thing in most cases. The concern revolves around where the line should be drawn with government intervention. It is the number of other cases where 800lb gorilla tactics do all of us a dis-service. The thought inevitably pops into many heads (including some DOJ heads) "something should be done about this."
