Last, ALTR reported in-line earnings today and the stock had run-up from 29 ... not much to buoy it up now except liquidity and options arbitrage.

As for trading the flux, most the stocks posted here have big enough swings so that one can be in and out with a profit while someone can look at the start and end points on any given day and think the call was wrong. Readers are astute and pick up on things.

That, Darren, is evidence of a shallow and immature mind.
Your sophomoric name-calling aside, don't dish it out if you can't take it.

Well, okay, everyone look at Darren. He obviously needs the attention and finds some therapeutic sustenance in it. What a sorry and sad ego you must have to nurture.
Your closest mirror might be handy here. I guess the hardest thing for you is that 3,000 people now know that you made a mistake? For shame. Not a big deal to a bigger man...

By the way, that post was on July 12th, and the technical reversal didn't start until yesterday afternoon with the increase in volume. Not that it matters.
The signal of "UP" was on the 10th, two days before your post. The consolidation after the 10th was due to the fact that ALTR released earnings today. You offered no explanation why "DOWN" was the choice. Although you seem to take this as a personal attack, perhaps you could look past your error and explain to us why you made this choice. This was my "Most Obvious Buy of the Week," along with XLNX and LSCC. All share pretty much the same pattern...I guess the hardest part of being wrong is admitting it?
