On stock valuations - I believe, stocks are valued below US stocks at the peak of the Great Depression (1932). Of course, there are additional risks in Russian stocks.>> Just keep in mind that America was a functioning democracy in the 30's and not run by a bunch of crooks and thieves as Russia is now days. Russia seems more comparable to Indonesia and Brazil, except that its people are much more educated.
