Guy,
Is there anything that people on these boards could do to accelerate the process of getting off these infernal pink sheets, e.g. call the MMs, email the SEC, etc?

Thank you very much Guy and Cima for you kind answers to my questions.

I guess we won't be on the BB until third party verification. The MMs, if the only reason was for the financials, with the 8k alone they could have done the necessary work (IMO). But they won't let it trade on the BB because of the questions raised by the SEC re the May 22 1998 release. And of course, as they are making so much money on the "Pinks", why should they ? Damn....!!

Just hoping we will get very soon, tomorrow or next week, a release by GE announcing the 3rd party verification and WHO it will be together with their full mandate.

Best of luck,

Paul in GVA

Guy Murrel, the latest 8-K announcing "The firm of Behre Dolbear & Company, Inc. has been retained to act as a consultant to legal counsel for Registrant for issues relating to Registrant's mineral concessions in Bolivia. It is impossible to anticipate the nature or result of such consulting services at this time."

This PR leaves too many unanswered questions IMO! It appears to me that Golden Eagle Intl' is in a completely defensive mode and is being overly cautious in their public statements. The release can be interpreted in several ways and does nothing to alleviate the concerns of investors.

If you have been in contact with investors, especially on this thread, you know what it is that we expect from BD. Please tell us what we should honestly expect. Please answer the following questions, or explain why the company can not answer them:

1. What is the scope of the contract?
2. What is the time frame?
3. Is the release of any more of the financials dependent on the
completion of all or part of this contract?
4. At what point will access to the geologist's report be made
available? Where will it be released? What level of detail
should we expect?

Full of Wonder, Jon
