Are we satisfied with the answer on the late proxy vote?I think there is the answer to all our problems.We need to find out the mailing date's from GLCP to all investor's.Then if it smell's fishy let the SEC have a looksee.

Boob: Let me reiterate a few things. I have called and talked to both Eric Gaer and Carl Davis. I did not post at first because I was waiting for my account to become active. I do not blame you for the stock's poor performance...actually it was your #69 post that I feel helped the company climb up to unreasonable levels. What I am pointing out is that post which contained a lot of facts that never came true. I do not blame you for the Reverse split. Did you see the reverse coming since you did your DD? The info I have from my last conversation with Carl Davis is that they have hired a new team of Engineers and they feel it should be fixed in 3 months. They claim to have RFP's for the $300 million in contracts...but these are just proposals and not signed documents. Your statements do not represent what I was told by the company via email and phone conversation. My point is that this stock was an example of a lot of people digesting and regurgitating the same incorrect facts that were originally posted in post #69. There is something as responsible posting and responsible DD. There is nothing wrong with having faith in a company and saying you think it will take off...if you let people know that it is your opinion. It is when information is represented as fact, that there is a responsibility attached to it. That is why when I post non-factual opinions..I try and preface my thoughts so people do not get confused. I agree everybody should do their own DD, but we also should be able to point out people who do bad DD or post incorrect information. In all of my calls to the company they never released the info you received...but then again that info turned out to be incorrect. BTW the reverse split did not cause the stock to go back down...it was the lack of finished product...the RS just sped up the fall. Boob, you might have made an honest mistake in listening to incorrect info...but you did post it as fact. You claimed it to be the truth, you have reiterated it to be true...but it is not true. Listen, you have not cost me a dime...actually at the current levels...I am up a couple hundred dollars...that is not the point. Only you and Mr. Gaer know exactly what was said during your phone conversations...but we all know what you posted and what happened.
