Rajiv-thanks for the heads-up. At this point it will be increasingly difficult for ZITL to get any Y2K business for all the obvious reasons rehashed on this thread over the last 18 months but also because of the liabilty issue. ZITL probably hasn't got the cash or the ability to have an underwriter vouch for their work, and even desparate companies are wise to the fact that, if a Y2K service provider guarantees their work, that reduces their responsibility. Any bias about short or long aside, if Keane was doing our Y2K work, their track record is good enough for me. If I was working with ZITL, I'd want a third party guarantee to cover my butt if they went bankrupt
