bobby beara, the engulfing candle is bearish and it is usually worth several days of downtrend. Regardless of TA next week API (american oil reserves will tell the story) as will oil prices.

I am not familiar with XAL.

As to gold it will start moving but very slowly. $300 is a strong resistance point IMHO, as is $16 for oil.

As to INTC they just squized the shorts.

Regarding "blow-offs" how would you call the NAZ move now?? Big volume , big move any one getting "smart"

Haim

We can use inductive reasoning to gain a probabilistic sense about what _may_ happen tomorrow, but as tomorrow ain't here yet and always holds some surprises, I stand by my statement: no one can predict the future. (With any certainty.) Inside info doesn't count. Probabilities are good enough for me, which is why I read what y'all write on this here thread. . . .

By the way, nice call on the YHOO 200s . . . .

Whale watching on the coast is great . . . but if you've ever done it you know that you normally only see the spout and the tail. . . .

Best wishes all!
