I guess I've been away from reading this thread too long, can someone please update me, who is Mark Re?

Also, what do you people think are the chances that the CC's rosy outlook (except for the part about demand) may have been substantially influenced by the fact that they are currently negotiating amendments to the $50mil debt covenant that they are in violation of and thus absolutely have to look good? They can't really screw around with the demand outlook, since everyone knows demand sucks right now, but their statements concerning their R&D success (such as the idea that they could overtake IBM(?) in GMR density) could be a different story, right? This was just a thought that came up after dozing through the CC...

Oh, and one last thing... what exactly is a "revolving line of credit"? (Such as that also covered by the debt covenant.)
