Hi Sav,

As Neal points out there are hints coming out of the industry of Orckit being in a problematic situation with their product.

One other point Neal didn't mention was that now since there "is" money coming through the front door it would now be lucrative for TXN to come after any royalties due to the non-licensing of certain aspects of the DMT technology. There is one person who has proven to the Westell thread (so far) of being "in the know" is now saying that this process is now "ready to start."

This has been my biggest fear from the start and is the main reason why I have been unable to pull the trigger as an Orckit investor. Knowing this, and why the current stock price has yet to catapult to more justifiable levels, due to the GTE contract and DT contract potential, do you think the market is treating the Orckit stock price fairly?

What are your insights as to what may be going on at this point in time? -Eric
