Oh jeez they developed high field mri systems for gems.
Gems did not fulfill their contract and underperformed.
they hold 22 patents in Mri technology.
they licenced and spun off advanced mammography to develop the Aurora.
ANMR would develop services.. they opened Faulkner center.
before that they bought MDI which were full body scanners mobile in trucks and then sold it to cover the expenses of their head coil and other R&D ventures.
they tried to merge with their subsidiary and failed due to litigation.
then they sold mdi and and wrote off R&D ...
then they merged with the ailing advanced mammography which was flowing red from development costs of the Aurora.
then they reverse split in the process 1 for ten.
and then after MDI sale they retained and added Rehabilitation service
centers which are profitable and they still operate them in MASS.
along with Faulkner Center. After the merger they sold the high field biz back to GEMS who took a 13% stake in the new company Caprius. (GE can not add additional shares without Caprius consent).
Then they launched the five center clinical now getting under way.
and they recently bought Strax mammography institute a 1.25 mill revenue facility for .6mill located in fla.
Strax is a breast institute and will showcase Aurora and launch their new strategy of consolidating all modalities of breast care into strategic breast care centers.
They are also working with dc Harms in Arkansa on launching the Aurora
with their new MRI guided biopsy needle to perform clinical analyisis.
and they are incorporating dc harms patented rodeo techniques into the Aurora diagnostic algorithms.

They have said they will install 20 systems in 99 but have not publicly announced additional installations at this time other than the five we know off and texas which is been performing clinicals all along. In short a small developmental company trying to comercialice after several years of R&D. They fully have the expertise in house to carry the mission forward. the clinicals will certify the machine to perform the xray protocols which are a defacto legally recognized standard and the Aurora machine is medicare approved as well as approved by 26 insurance carriers.
