With current $0.65 EPS, we will easily calculate that PE will be under 20 even the stock reaches $40. Isn't it amazing? Besides, analysts may start looking sale/earning ratio to well justify its fair value. Come on, all analysts, please show me your guts on this exceptional result via taking some positive action now. It is especially disheartening considering the ridiculous valuation of many Internet stocks, many of which have yet to earn a single dime of profit. I'll bet some of the same analysts that refuse to upgrade AAPL are the ones recommending buys on these grossly overpriced Internet pretenders.
