Mang,

I'm in a Unix environment...no Microsoft.

But, try looking through these news threads.
I went to the ms-access thread and there seemed
to be lots of people on it. I haven't used
a newsgroup in a looong time...so I don't know
if Web sites have superceded them.

Possibly, you can do a search on them also...

comp.databases.oracle.marketplace
comp.databases.oracle.misc
comp.databases.oracle.server
comp.databases.oracle.tools

comp.databases.ms-access
comp.databases.ms-sqlserver

comp.databases.visual-dbase

comp.lang.basic.visual.3rdparty
comp.lang.basic.visual.announce
comp.lang.basic.visual.database
comp.lang.basic.visual.misc

A better bet may be logging into the publicly accessible news server: msnews.microsoft.com

they have a whole slew of groups used by developers and MS employees to communicate about products and developing issues. I'm pretty sure you'll find what you need there.

On a side note, I have worked with VBA connecting MS Project 98 to an Oracle database. There were a lot of tricky parts.

Mang,

You might wanna try on the news groups that Microsoft hosts for it's products. You will find all kinds of developers in there.

I think the server is news.microsoft.com but it might be public.microsoft.com.. anyway you can find it on MS's site. There are a lot of different and diverse people in there and you may be able to find the answers you are looking for.
