I don't see any chance of an INTC buyout because Texas Instruments
lately adopted some poison pill that would prevent that. I believe it was called a shareholder rights plan. It was saying something like if any company buys a position bigger than 20% or so(I am not sure on the exact text) that TXN shareholders would receive lots more stocks for every share they held. Something of that nature...
