MeDroogies, I couldn't agree with you more about your phone versus internet usage. That's why the TSIS has signed up so many big companies with their advanced IVR systems. Even when internet usage for this type of info gets to be more popular, IVR will still be at least equally as popular. IVR will be around for a long long time. Nice thing is, TSIS already will have the client base in place, and when THEIR CLIENTS start to ask for it (internet access for TSIS type services) you can believe that TSIS will have it...
