Jock, I disagree with you. FPAM IMO will reorganize and turn itself around. Removing $50mm in expenses from a company with $1b in revenues is not that tough-especially when you intend to recapitalize the corporate structure by turning the debt into equity.... Short OTC BB stocks after the gap up....That is usually a fairly succesful shorting technicque...
