<<Don, you misunderstand. I don't think there is anything of substance for Cycomm to
report this week - meeting or Not. If there was, Bud would report it.>>

Matt, maybe I do misunderstand...but I do understand that they did 17M worth of business last year and unless they start announcing something soon they won't get to last years revenue.

<< Meaningless PR does no one any good.>>

You are absolutely correct so why ever say anything to any of the investment publications about your company or hire a public relations concern to do it for you? In the case of Stern & Co., they obviously saw nothing of any interest in Cycomm and to my limited knowledge never promoted one word about the company.

<< The point I tried to make was that professional investors don't need a warm and
fuzzy press release to buy. They tend to be more analtical then emotional. They also
tend to accumulate a position over time.>>

Again you are correct, but I never differentiated as to who "out there" learns about Cycomm from the various media available to the investing public. Obviously, your point goes without saying.

<< <<general public awareness of Cycomm>> ??? Just how much do you think the
"general public" cares about secure computing and communications? >>

My apology for not being specific enough.. Again right on... the general public has no idea about secure computing and communications to them it means the telephone. I was speaking of the investing public which is comprised of millions of people out there scratching around for their "perfect investment"... maybe like Cycomm for all I know.

<< <<It has not been the institutions that have run this stock up 3 fold>>
1) What makes you so sure of that?
2) If that's so, what news or event in particular do you attribute this rise to? >>

I guess I tend to write like I speak and leave some things unsaid... again you are right.... I am NOT sure that the institutions have not run the price of the stock up. I would bet fairly heavily on that fact, however, only from the standpoint that institutions tend NOT to get into $1.50 stock. That only leaves the thousands or so of us collectively to buy it because we think it is a good investment. As to news that I think is responsible... just the news that has been put out over the last 12 -18 months since Bud Hawk took over.

<< <<If there is not a reasonable flow of information to the investors then the stock will
fall back>> This is not msft or at&t, there is only so much news. I would hate to see
BS PR. >>

I have never espoused BS PR... but I will stand by my belief that information is the catalyst that stimulates investment. I would not think that an occasional blurb in some investment media would hurt. I read them everyday in the WSJ a lot of which only causes me to think and look deeper into that company especially if I like the concept of what they are doing.

<<The Cycomm message has NOT reached the small investor and I have seen no
real effort to get it out to them... Have you?

<< I have no problem with Cycomm's efforts to get the word out.>

"I do."

<< We asked for better PR, we got it. We asked to get this stock moving, they hired a company to help Bud do it.>>

What have they done specifically? Are you speaking of Stern & Co, or M&A West?
If my memory serves me correctly the largest single move this stock has had in 2 years was the day that the Konlin newsletter came out with a buy and a target of $12.. If the PR people were responsible for that then they have earned their money.. but I don't know that it was them.

<< Small Investors - Frankly, small investors (buying on their own) are not going to
move this stock. They do not understand the company nor the market. Which is a
shame, because with cycomm's small float, small investors could control this stock. >>

I disagree with the first part.... small investors CAN move this stock and do and have. I'm not talking about 100 share lots and there is no question in my mind that as this company grows and becomes profitable and more people learn what they do that the small investor will continue to be a major player in the day to day trading market.

<< Don, what would you like to see Cycomm do to further create a demand for our baby? >>

Matt, I like you have met and talked to Bud Hawk and I am totally impressed with him and I have checked him out from his previous endeavors. He has not lost...ever. He is a winner and is going to carry us [along with himself] to very nice financial reward. All that said he also is going to have to get to cracking as 1998 is fast disappearing and the revenue growth he talked of so far is not happening, at least on an even basis. I fully understand that for it to happen the products have to go through the door.
