GB,

Thanks . Was hoping I didn't step on any toes, LOL.
I've been doing a little research of late on PWLS. The large spread is obviously a turn-off, but I'm fairly confident in the company. In addition to the DD that I'm posting below, I'm also told that a major PR push should be commencing sometime early next week. Won't take much buying (with such a small float) to move the stock up, rendering the spread not quite as vital.

PWLS: formerly Pratt Wylce and Lords, now Bionet Technologies.

Following as of July, 1998:
Shares outstanding: 5,237,270
Float: 1,080,997
Independent Auditors: Schifley & Associates
Transfer Agent: Florida Atlantic Trust and Transfer
President: L. Alan Schafler

Subsidieries:
Immune Technologies: (develops immunology products)
President: Larry Zoner
Revenue Projections: 1999-$1,500,000 2000-$17,000,000 2001-$34,000,000
2002-$54,000,000

Greengold: (aquaculture crop production using wastewater as fertilizer. Will initially be
used in the North Carolina hog market).
COO: Paul Skillicorn
Revenue Projections: 1999-$850,000 2000-$11,000,000 2001-$34,000,000
2002-$84,000,000

I'd advise that you review the most recent company press releases.
For further questions, I may know more details. Also, can contact Timothy Miles at

Here is a copy of the SI thread which has a bit more info. Let me know if you have any
questions. Patrick.

Notice should be taken of BioNet Technologies. They have just announced their second
acquisition and seem poised to take off. After a year and a half spent on reorgainzing the
company with trading in the $.20 to $.50 range they are back on track as a
multidivisional
biotech company with a focus on consolidation. BioNet itself is run by a seasoned
veteran with NYSE CEO experience and both acquisitions are loaded with credible
individuals. I suggest you take the time to check this one out. Their first acquisition,
Immune Technologies has proprietary products resulting from "immune modulation
technology" with a focus on the veterinary side of the business. The veterinary focus is to
achieve early cash flow. I applaud this move. The newest candidate "The Greengold
Corporation" is headed up by "the worlds formost authority on duckweed production"
and has patented technology
which will, according to the company, have a huge impact on the animal waste problem
globally as well as producing healthy cashflow in the process. I made a few calls and this
one seems loaded with potential. I understand BioNet is working on implementing a
financial PR program for the first time in its history as well. Sounds like the perfect
opportunity to me. With just over 5 Million outstanding and 1 million in the float, we
should see some significant short term gains as the investing public discovers this baby
conglomerate with good long term prospects as well as the company continues to build
its stable of acquisitions. I see this as a steal under $1 and a value to $2 once the second
acquisition closes.
I have started this thread under "PWLS - BioNet Technologies" as well. We will see
which one takes off. Take your pick.
