First off, I'd like to congratulate the board for NOT repsonding to a certain person. Kudos!!! Secondly, with revs (from the minutes and/or internet access) coming in from various countries throughout the world, how does all of that get translated into US Dollars. I mean, some computer geek in EL Salvador starts local internet access service with FNet. Then he/she may begin to use the VoIP capacity for $.xx/minute. Who bills them? FNet locally? FNet from USA? A local billing sevice? I'm trying to understand the mechanics of how FTEL will actually receive these revs. TIA, Buzz

My friend, the game plan was spelled out in the press releases and pres. message.People dont read and understand including professionals.I got a call from one tonight and didnt get it.Its not that frank doesnt speak english and is not clear.I get it and am kind of weary explaining it .But there jv program is brilliant and cost effective and will by giving up a piece of the action to foreign partners allows them to expand rapidly on limited capital.psinets strategy is STUPID. They raised 600mil from wall street and are pissing it away imho with there strategy.I wont explain any further for fear of puiblically compromising ftel.go figure,2 bucks its a joke.Light it up boys and they will beat a path to you door.I just hope frank leaves it open only a crack and puts the reception desk closer to the door.let them pay through the nose in a month or two.
