Dave I do not think so at this time because the number all match except last year it appears 851,060 are not it the restricted quote so they could have or not have been sold. Now I know there are no 144s filed so I do not think so. I am posting this before someone gives you a simple yes. According to the filings: (first three) As of October 31, 1997, the Company had outstanding 9,159,460 shares of Common Stock, of which approximately 2,104,000, are eligible for public trading. 7,055,460 are restricted by SEC rule 144 As of December 31, 1997, the Company had outstanding 10,028,485 shares of Common Stock, of which approximately 3,824,085, are eligible for public trading. 6,204,400 are restricted by SEC rule 144 the Transfer Agent says 17,951,066 Out and 6,204,400 so they have not. Hope you do not mind. GB
