A bit of a hard choice deciding how to go with this news but I feel that THW has thought this one out. Rajiv Aggarwal's shares are secure until the matter is settled - which I hope is done quickly and out of court to each parties benefit. Get the matter over and behind them. I think THW is sitting on some huge deals in the education area and there will be lots of opportunities for the stock heading higher, but if this problem persists it could do a lot of harm.
