The rabbinical writers of the Babylonian Talmud wrote their accounts 500 years after the historical accounts of Jesus's life. The Apostles and disciples who wrote the New Testament were mostly eyewitness accounts written by men who saw and heard the miracles of Jesus and heard his own words. Why should a rational and honest seeker take the words of Christiane Grace Bartley and the antichrist Jewish Babylonian Talmud who were recorded and hundreds of years after the events over the words of those who actually experienced the events. No court of law would give credibility to your hearsay accounts. There were two central historical accounts of Jesus's life, Crucifixion and Resurrection. There is the eyewitness accounts of the Jewish Apostles and disciples who knew Jesus personally and witnessed his miracles and words. And then there is the account of those Jews who rejected Jesus and wrote the Babylonian Talmud. The Jewish Apostles and disciples wrote their accounts during their lifetimes and the their accounts are collected in a historical document called the New Testament. It is a contemporary and eyewitness history of Jesus. This account maintains that Jesus was born of a Virgin, lived a sinless life, performed miracles like walking on water, raising the dead and healing the incurable, was Crucified, died , and then rose again from the dead. These eyewitness accounts maintain that Jesus fulfilled the Old Testament prophecies about the Messiah and that He was in fact he Messiah and Son of God. The Babylonian Talmud is an account written hundreds of years after the historical events by enemies of Christ and is based on hearsay evidence. The Babylonian Talmud is the foundation of modern Judaism. The Talmud account maintains that Jesus was born of an illicit relationship between a Roman soldier and Mary, that Jesus never perforemed miracles but was simply a fake magician, that Jesus was never Resurrected. These modern Jewish rabbis maintained that Jesus was a false messiah and a deceiver. You, Christine, have simply chosen the Babylonian Talmud hearsay account over the eyewitness account.
