To All, From what I can remember there are approx.625million shares in the float with Bob Davis holding approx.83%. I don't believe we need to worry about a reverse split. Bob has said in the past that to help the stock out he may retire some shares.That would help him and any other insiders and shareholders also. I also believe the 'B' Warrants are still alive at .20 to convert to common shares.If you recall the original offering was for units consisting of 1 common share 1 'A' Warrant (exercised at .06, long ago expired) and 1'B' Warrant exercised at .20 soxan
