>> I am simply stating the facts that have come out in the releases.

Not true. You are espousing 'allegations' as though they were facts! You have accepted newspaper articles as fact and then publish your own spin on the articles as the truth. I'd bet you haven't even read the SEC's complaint(s). In the original complaint, the company (Golden Eagle) isn't even charged with any wrong doing.

As far as being "sucked in"...I would suggest you take off your Zorro Mask and let people make their own decisions. I haven't been sucked in. As I posted before, I am neither long or short this stock. Maybe in the future I will be. But I and others are able to determine what risk we want to take and make our own decisions accordingly. You talk about HYPE? What's the difference between the "Hype" of GE and their potential gold reserves and Microsoft announcing Windows '98? If you ask me, Microsoft ought to be shut down for excessive "Hype". Talk about promoting a piece of crap! Oh yea, maybe Microsoft is a bad example since the FTC is already looking at them :-)

And what's this?
>> "Oh, by the way, get back to me when you become a member(you know pay your dues), that way I will know you're not just trying to run me around.

Are you kidding? If I pay $10.00 a month dues I will find acceptance by you? Does the ability to afford $10.00 somehow validate what I say, know or believe? Maybe I don't feel what you or others have to say here is worth $10.00? Maybe that's why they have a 30 day trial. Here I thought it was for me to look in and see if I wanted to join the gang and here I find out that I need to pay just to be taken seriously. Dang.

What do you mean 'run you around'? I don't necessarily mean to pick on you here, it's just that it seems that every time I read one of your messages it says something so stupid. I just like a good argument and I can't argue with someone who thinks the same way I do. Don't take it too personally. It isn't that I don't like you...I don't even know you. It's just that you seem to spark the contentious side of me. Keep it up though, I'm enjoying myself...so far.

BTW. Who is going to get hurt if this thing turns out to be not all that it seems? So far, it's been a zero-sum-game. That is unless the insiders are all selling 144 stock without proper SEC papers. My understanding would have it that some people bought stock and sold it for a profit, some maybe sold at a loss, and some haven't sold at all. The company doesn't benefit by the sale of any stock and the price won't come into play unless there is some deal done with a JV or merger. And if that happens, how does that negatively affect you or any current shareholder? Let me see here...if I spend $10,000 and buy GE at 1/2, then find out the deal is real I could be set for life. But on the other hand, if this is a scam (as you so boldly declare) I'd be ruined for life. Duh...sure glad you're here. You saved my life! Thanks Zorro!
