Well, I have not finished reading the filings as far as the stock structure goes. I am hoping Freddie continues to post here with the Technical Analysis. Since Jon is doing all this promotional work you would figure that the stock structure should have been fully disclosed. However there is good out of every disagreement along with bad, HYPE is basically misleading information combined with gleeful excitement. Now since Jon is doing all this promotional work for the company, I am amazed now he knew the stock structure, which means he knew the facts, however they were not expressed in his posts. When a promoter tells you 3.5M the CEO tells you 7.5M and Transfer Agent has 11M then guess what you have ... No verification options. I hope to finish up the stock structure this morning. Please note people want to toss out EPS, PE and so forth. Until you know the stock structure you can not very well have an EPS or PE or even a book value. The stock structure is the back bone of any stock and used as the mathematical variable in all financial figures I know. This is why I always concentrate on the stock structure first and for most. A company that will not let the Transfer Agent tell you the share count should cause bells and whistles to go off in your investment mind. However, Stephen was so co-operative to give me the name and phone number I doubt Stephen is trying to pull the wool over anyone's eyes. Example on EPS: $1.8 M in net profit gives you an and EPS of .10 when you have 18M issued. Also when someone tells you a class of stock is not considered in the dilution that is dead wrong. If it has a conversion to common then it should be considered in to the full dilution figure. This is the very first thing an investor should try to verify before doing anything else. If you remember someone earlier told me that this whole stock structure was only for those that were short term or day trading. I think Freddie and I clearly showed that is wrong. Short, long it does not matter. Stock structure does in fact effect the stock in every way from analysis to trading. Just trying to show people never trust what anyone says on line. Don't accuse them of anything just simply do it yourself. Learn to do it if you do not know how by watching others that are good at it. 600 pages of filings I had to read to get what I have now and I have a lot more to reading also. I remember getting flamed by a bunch of people on FAMH but the TAnalysis had nothing but warning signs. Heck, I have been accused of being a paid shill and everything else because of my posts. All I have done is teach myself to do what the SEC and every reputable agency tells everyone to do ... educate yourself, do your homework and stick to the facts. LOL ... I am educating myself every day. GB
