Henry, Here is an opinion expanding on your item #3. And I'll warn you now, don't bother with this post unless you have 5 minutes to kill ;)

It has been a fairly consistent occurance on this thread that the preditors (lions, wolves, etc.) seem to hunt down the weakest or the sick just as in the wild. Once news slowed down and there was no hard information available about progress, the frequency and brazeness of the negative comments has had a proportional increase. Witness the arrival of the now infamous Mr. C and the letters from Mr Cambell, the reemergence of Hungry Lion alias whomever, etc.

When Naxos is down, plenty are ready to give it a kick and say "I told you so". When Naxos is up and having success....silence on the specifics.

No, this is an all too familiar pattern.

For myself, I agree with Mark that the science will not be what hurts Naxos. It will be the power struggle internally for control. The science has shown time and again there are PM's at all depths of the FL property. What we have never been able to accept as shareholders is that the revealing of the true content of the ore is not simple, not predictable, not even reliable at this stage. We want too badly to hear "news will be out next week with X holes" and then be able to rely on that event happening. Well, history should have taught us long ago that this has almost NEVER happened on schedule. But that is the nature of junior exploration, especially with this ore.

Much has been accomplished but there is still work to do. We should be clear on what we are placing our confidence in here. First, there is confidence in the existance of PM's on the property. Then there is confidence that THIS managment, THIS project team, at THIS point in time can bring this whole thing home and get big money involved.

These are two entirely different issues. Where I personally stand, and this is only my view, is that the science which has been used so far, while not yet completely consistent, has been accurate to the degree that PM's are in the ore in economic values at almost all depths. I believe that all the features of this property indicate this deposit to be unusually large. I also believe that there are still some fine tuning challenges to the assay procedures which MUST be worked out to come down the final stretch of reliable testing and institutional approval of test results.

As far as management goes, they have the same FINAL goal as the sharesholders and as such will also want the test issues to be resolved. What is currently a very large drag on this company is the clear lack of agreement as to the best PATH to get to that final goal. There may be two very different paths with both camps firmly believing in its view that their path will lead us to success.

I put my trust in Fred being able to create a more unified front for the company as to an agreeable middle ground which does not erode the success in attracting the interest of key potential financial parters while at the same time allowing for continued work on ANY method that will have a reasonable chance to INCREASE the final yield of FL ore.

Well, thank you for reading this. As I said this is my opinion, but at times like this when I am sharing thoughts with good friends who have been wrestling with Naxos for 8 years + and family who trusted my personal judgement that Naxos really has the goods, and good ol' Naxos sits at it lowest price in month when we should be closer than ever to proving the property, I get more than a little impatient with those who take advantage of the share price to play on our fears of financial ruin.

There is no one who has as of yet challenged the real, COC, certified results from the last Ledoux test of .09 opt. And that my good and patient Naxos friends is where the value of Naxos lies.

There are no guarantees in life. And anyone who wanted one should NEVER invest in junior exploration stocks. However, the hard data has made this less of a risk with each passing month. It's the stock price and infighting that scare us. And they are tied more closely together than test results and the stock price.

Watch carefully, and look for truth not emotional blackmail.

Tom F.

There is no news out that I'm aware of.
I don't think we have any leaks from the inside any longer.
There are a number of ways right now to speculate negatively.
The longer we go without news the more shareholders will speculate on the negative side of all the issues.
We are seeing panic selling here, based on nothing that's real at this point.....
I'm going to hang tough for now and not sweat the small stuff! The gold is there!
The above of course, is my humble opiniom,
