Whether the current norm is the future or not is meaningless. Lead time is important, but not a killer. If TSIS builds a confident and happy client base via IVR...then in 2-3 years ports over to the internet...they will take all their clients REGARDLESS of who else is in the arena at that time. Relationships win, not product (at least not MOST of the time). If you don't believe it, hit the street and sell like I have for a few years. If people believe in your product, and like you and your company, you can be 2 years late with an upgrade, and still beat your competition HANDS DOWN! To spend money and make TSIS a fully interactive player would, at this point, be silly. Concentrate on the core business.
