Don, I think you have said it all. This just may be why our stock price is where it is at. Shareholders tried to force the meeting last year but the company did not follow through. In March of '95 those three names were TMM, MCI and Iterated. But in October of '95 our management team changed. Our stock price also changed. It would be nice to have that meeting again and get some answers from management, and see financials and a business plan.

Any thoughts on how we can achieve that?

Larry

Don, some comments on the Iterated/MCI/Altimira situation:

Certainly Tom & Mike are aware of their progression in profiting from this technology and Tom has commented numerous times, including last month, about TMM's desire to clarify it's position in the development of this technology and recover anything due TMM.

While Tom has indicated that talks continue with Iterated it would seem likely to me that lawyers will have to be involved and there is clearly no money to bankroll this yet. While the potential is huge, many of the principals are long gone and I doubt any firms would want to take on this case on a contingency basis.

I did include some potential returns from lawsuits in my Wild A@@ Guess on TMM Valuation post but IMO those returns are still far away.

Certainly they have made progress in going after Randy Jackson, although it remains to be seen if there is any money to collect or do we have to accept assets to be liquidated. In any case a portion of those recovered funds could be used to fund the next lawsuit.

Or to reduce the whole issue to a few words: Lawsuits require Money.

Don, I started reading your note and I knew what was coming. I didn't want to read it but, there it was. I've tried to push it out of my mind because it really does make me sick. That's not your fault, though.

If Tom doesn't keep any other promise, I hope he keeps the "dog meat" one. Their success with fractals is so flagrant and in our face, I really do get a physical reaction in my gut every time I see something like what you posted. I am afraid they have gotten dug in so far now, and TMM is on a banana peel, that the time Tom could make them pay seems to be slipping farther and farther away.

On the bright side, I have to laugh a little every time I see how far they are taking fractal technology and I think back on how the Shark and his buddies used to say fractal technology was a figment of our imagination. He would say Iterated was the key, like who couldn't figure that out. What a joke. We may not have been experts, but we managed to dig up enough info to figure out that the technology was real and had a bright future.

Just imagine how we could have nailed this thing and the money we would have made if we had been dealing with straight shooters. I wonder how much money fractal technology will generate over the next ten years. I wonder if the Shark still thinks the technology is a pipe dream. AND, I wonder if TMM will EVER be able to right the wrongs that have been done to TMM and the old time shareholders.

Gee Don, you're going to have to cut back on those early morning research reports. Just starts everyone off on a bad day. I think I'll go outside and shovel dirt or something.
