Terry, as I wrote, without a LU purchase, I believe ASND has a very bright future as a standalone company (after going back to the startup purchase strategy) for 1-2 years after 10/1/98. I personally hope that LU and ASND management see the very strong strategic fit between the companies and that LU management will see the long-term value of plunking down around $15B for ASND.
