Ricky, thanks for the angle on LU and ASND stock options. It just raises more questions.

1. How is NT handling this issue? Don't they have the exact same worry with BAY engineers/sales personnel?
2. If CSCO's stock price stalls (maybe for years) as their market cap moves over $100B and becomes unsustainable comapred to revenue growth, won't CSCO have the same problem of mass defection to startups?
3. Are there enough startups for all the key BAY, ASND, CSCO and COMS engineers/sales personnel to get those coveted stock options?
4. If ASND stock options convert to LU options, does the vesting schedule remain the same and can ASND/LU start a new vesting schedule to try to retain key personnel?
5. I believe LU will experience very strong intl growth in the next 5-10 years. Will this market opportunity, extra security and LU options (still valuable) convince ASND personnel to stick around?
