Insofar as the complaint was described in the newspaper article, it sounds like a typical civil action.

As for the website - I don't know, as I have no idea what the SEC's criteria or policy is re posting complaints on the SEC web site.

Were GRNO a REAL reporting company, it would probably be required to file a copy of the complaint as part of an 8-K in the month following the filing.
