again in i'am not 100%, but if they don't meet the deadlines i believe there are some brokerage restrictions. i would appreciate it if some could set me straight as to what actually happens.

Yes, they end up on the pink sheets until they comply.

This won't happen to TNRG,
But out of the 6000 otc BB companies,

Many of them won't file in time.

Maybe as many as 10%

It is those 600 +companies, that will drop dramatically in price after that happens, that will be worth researching.

Some of those companies that get banished to the pink sheets will actually be worthwhile companies worthy of investment money. They will just be guilty of procrastination.

The tough part will be separating the cream from the crap.

I imagine Tlton will have the filings done by the first week of September as planned, but I know he intends to publish the unaudited financials prior to that.

It is awfully expensive to file, which is the main reason so many companies avoid filing if they don't have to.

I believe the current pricing is somewhere around $900 a page. I'll have to double check on that.
