Zoltar, I guess I am dense. I do not see any indication in this announcement that there is going to be a stock split announcement at the meeting. Reporting the results of the voting has to do with increasing the number of shares. One might conclude that this would lead to a stock split. But I don't necessarily see that it will be announced at the meeting. It would be nice IMHO if they announce at a later date. We would then have even more run-up in the stock. Why give out all the news at once when the expectation of a split will give us even more per share. AnnieO

according to this it appears that they have already voted on whether or not to split the stock, and the result will be made public...is this the correct interpretation. No. The vote was whether to triple the number of authorized shares. A split means nothing! Earnings and growth are the keys to the future. You're no richer if you have two five dollar bills than if you have one ten dollar bill. Anyone who plays the split game for a short term trade is playing a greater fool game. TTFN, CTC
