I don't care if it's this or any other business. Relationships win. 2-3 may be an extended time frame...so make it 1-2. Either way, TSIS still needs to consolidate on their strengths. Read my post on the JMAR thread about how companies typically purchase new apps. They tend to go with their present supplier, regardless if the needed app is "in hand". If you don't believe me, you've never worked at a Fortune 500 company. I've worked for 3. Amazing that they are still in business. But they are. Why? Because they make their relationships work for them.
